This website (myaibuddy.team) is operated by cf innovation labs ("we"). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a landing page and let you book an intro call. No advertising, no profiling, no sale of data.

2. What we process, and why

Booking an AI Buddy. When you submit the booking form, we store the details you enter (name, e-mail, preferred date, location preference, topic, optional notes, interface language) in our own database, hosted on Neon (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt). We use them to confirm and deliver your booking. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Booking e-mails. We send transactional e-mails about your booking (confirmation, AI Buddy assignment) through Resend as our e-mail processor. Legal basis: contract performance.
Intro calls. If you book a free intro call, scheduling runs on Cal.com, which collects the details you enter there and shares them with us. Meetings take place on Microsoft Teams.
AI Buddy applications. If you apply to be an AI Buddy, we store your name, e-mail and CV in our database for recruitment only, and delete them when no longer needed for the process. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract.
E-mail contact. If you write to info@myaibuddy.team, we process your message and address to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.
Hosting & delivery. The site is hosted on Vercel behind Cloudflare and Namecheap DNS. Like any web server, they process technical data (IP address, request logs) to deliver the page securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. What we do not do

No analytics or advertising trackers.
No sale or rental of personal data.
No profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the engagement and our legitimate business records. Applications and CVs are kept only for the recruitment process. E-mails are kept as ordinary business correspondence. You can ask us to delete any of these at any time.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR (and, for Türkiye, the KVKK) you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Write to info@myaibuddy.team. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies & local storage

See the Cookie Policy. Short version: we set no tracking cookies; your browser stores only your language choice and whether you dismissed the cookie notice. Cal.com sets its own cookies when you open the booking window.
